This prestigious list highlights industry leaders across tech, education, and more, spanning across the U.A.E., Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Morocco, Bahrain, and Lebanon.
Caroline Fattal's leadership extends far beyond her role as Chairwoman. In addition to serving as our Chairwoman, Caroline Fattal has long been an advocate for women's economic empowerment and gender equality. In 2017, she founded Stand for Women, an NGO dedicated to advancing women's professional and financial independence, fostering opportunities for growth, and advocating for a more inclusive workforce.

Her commitment to social impact became even more evident in the aftermath of the 2020 Beirut explosion, when businesses across Lebanon faced unprecedented challenges. In response, she established the 'Marion Fund,' a recovery initiative that has helped over 250 women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises rebuild and regain stability.
